RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — ELEANOR OTTAWA

OVERVIEW
We offer a voluntary 30-day return period beginning on the date you receive your order. Consumer protection legislation varies by province and territory. This voluntary policy does not limit any non-waivable right to cancel an internet agreement or obtain a remedy under applicable Canadian law.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a voluntary return, the item must be requested within 30 days of delivery and returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. Proof of purchase is required.

STARTING A RETURN
Before sending anything, email info@eleanor-ottawa.com and include:
- your order number;
- your name and order email address;
- the items you wish to return;
- the reason for return, if you choose to provide it; and
- clear photographs or video if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

We will review the request and provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent to:

Do not send returns to the registered Wyoming business address. Use a tracked shipping service and keep the shipping receipt. Mark the parcel accurately as returned merchandise. We do not accept cash-on-delivery or postage-due returns.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Change of mind, size, or colour: you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to China when the item matches the order and is not defective. International return shipping can be expensive, so review product measurements and details before ordering.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective item: Eleanor Ottawa pays the reasonable return cost. Contact us before shipping so we can approve a shipping method, provide a label where available, or confirm how reasonable costs will be reimbursed.

REFUNDS
Once an eligible voluntary return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If applicable law requires a faster refund, refund of another amount, or a different remedy, we will follow that law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect the order promptly after delivery. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, refund, or another required remedy. This section does not reduce any statutory warranty or consumer guarantee.

EXCLUSIONS
Subject to applicable law, voluntary returns are not accepted for:
- personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order goods;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed;
- goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery; or
- gift cards, except where a refund is required by law.

Sale items retain all rights provided by applicable law. A sale label does not remove rights relating to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.

EXCHANGES
Direct exchanges cannot be guaranteed. Usually, the fastest option is to complete an approved return and place a new order. Statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
Contact us immediately. We can cancel an order only if it has not already been processed or dispatched. Any additional cancellation right provided by applicable law remains unaffected.
