We collect information directly from you, automatically through the website and permitted cookies, and from service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, advertising platforms, and shipping partners.

We use personal information to operate the store, process payments and orders, deliver products, handle returns, provide support, prevent fraud, secure and improve the website, comply with law, and send marketing where permitted. - Shopify Payments and payment providers displayed at checkout;
- Win-Winfulfillment in Ningbo, China, Canada Post, and logistics providers for fulfillment and delivery;
- Google Ads for advertising and measurement where permitted;
- Klaviyo for permitted email marketing and customer communications;
- YSMS for permitted text-message communications; and
- professional, security, fraud-prevention, analytics, tax, and legal service providers.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a proposed or completed corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.
7. PROCESSING OUTSIDE CANADA
Our operator is in the United States and our fulfillment partner is in China. Personal information may therefore be processed outside Canada and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions. We use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
8. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
Necessary technologies support the cart, checkout, security, and core site functions. Analytics and advertising technologies may be used where permitted and with consent where required.
